How Do I Place An Order?​

It's hassle free! Just add the item of your choice to the shopping cart and follow the checkout instructions. Once the order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email.

 

Payment & Shipping

Our orders are posted within 1 working day.

Our courier is Royal Mail. Standard delivery costs £3 per order and its delivered within 3 working days. We also offer a next day delivery option and the cost is £5.50.

 

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal. We safeguard our customer's information using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect your card details.



 

Returns & Refunds

- If you are a consumer from the U.K or the EEA and cancel your order within 14 calendar days, you are entitled for a full refund of the price paid for the products (we don’t issue refund for delivery charges).

- Returns are free.  Products should be with the original packaging where possible. 

- The items should be returned to us in resalable condition: complete, unused and in the same condition as delivered.

- If the returned goods are not in the condition stated above, then we are unable to accept them under the above terms.

- We reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct from your refund where products are marked/not intact or show signs of wear and tear.

- If products are received in acceptable condition we will issue your refund within 10 working days.

- When you post the items back to us you must keep your certificate of postage as you will need this as  your proof of return.

 

Goods damaged in transit or incorrectly delivered goods.

- In the unfortunate case that goods are damaged in transit, we request that you notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery via email to info@tshirts4fans.com.

- In the event that we deliver you with a different item than you ordered, incorrect quantity or damaged/defective product, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery date via email to info@tshirts4fans.com.

- Once we have been notified of any goods damaged in transit you must return the goods to us. We will issue a full refund within 10 working days of receiving the items back. We will send you an email to notify you that the products have been delivered back to us.

-  Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and without signs of wear and tear. Goods that are not returned in their original condition will be returned to you with the cost of delivery charged to your account.

 

Exchanges.

At the moment we don’t process exchanges. If you would like to return an item, you must follow the procedure outlined in our returns policy
